"I take 4 before a workout in morning with acetly l carnitine, l-glutamine, bcaa, & pantothenic acid and take same formula minus the pantothenic acid @ bedtime on an empty stomach. I am noticing leaner scupted muscles without dieting , just high quality food plan with appropriate amount of lean protein, healthy fats, complex carbs, and high quality starchy carbs, like sweet potatoes. My scale weight is going up, yet I am wearing smaller size pants and seeing more muscle definition. I have yet to get calipers to measure my body fat, this will be my next step."
