Directions

"An excellent protein mix. does not cause the heavyness like the most other mixes. Also bloating is slightly less. It does not mix very well like any other mixes too. but, its a good value for money."

"The product is best used with frozen fruit with ice and blended with water. It will give a thicker consistancy and make it more shake-like. I tried to consume it non-blended, just shaken and didn't care for it at all. I will order this product again."

"The vanilla is disgusting. The chocolate though tastes just like a Mocha. Two servings a day is about 44g of protein, and yet the whole container still lasts a full month. It's an excellent deal all the way around."
