How Does NSI® Noni Fruit work?
Noni, also known as Indian mulberry, hog apple or cheese fruit, is a distinctive-smelling, bumpy-textured green fruit that turns to yellow or white as it ripens. It grows on the on the Morinda citrifolia plant, a small evergreen shrub native to Tahiti and other Pacific islands, as well as Australia, South America and the Caribbean.

Noni has been referred to as the "Aspirin of the Ancient" because of its wide-ranging health benefits and use dating back centuries. Different parts of the plant, including the fruit, leaves, stem and bark, have been used traditionally to promote various areas of health.

The fruit has been used for immune, cardiovascular, digestive, reproductive, skin and visual wellness. The leaves were wrapped around targeted body parts to relieve pain associated with poor joint health, or heated and applied to the chest for upper-respiratory relief. The stem and bark were brewed into tea to support joints, urinary tract function and longevity.

Noni is believed to contain more than 150 health-promoting nutrients including vitamins A, B and C; minerals calcium, magnesium and potassium; protein; pectin; amino acids; and digestive enzymes. It also contains xeronine, an alkaloid required for proper cell function and enzyme activation, and proxeronine, a precursor to xeronine.

Noni fruit is also a source of antioxidants that work to neutralize the damaging effects of free radicals, which are unstable molecules that damage cellular structure and are believed to contribute to accelerated aging and poor health.

NSI® Noni Fruit is better because it:

  • Contains 1,300 mg of noni fruit per two-capsule serving.
  • Is available in convenient, easy-to-take-anywhere capsule form.
