"You have to be careful with horsetail root but not from NSI. Other companies might sell the wrong kind but this one is very safe, I've been taking it everyday for quite awhile. Helps tremendously."

"I have had problems growing my nails long for a long time. They are soft, always split, chip or tear. Now they are hard and I have started to grow them to a decent length, 1/4 inch so far. I just purchased one bottle to try it out but now will continue to purchase it."
