"I tried this just to see how it compares to the powder form and I do prefer the powered form but this is good in cold liquids where the powered takes a while to dissolve. it's just as sweet (DO NOT USE TOO MUCH!), start out with a couple drops and work your way up. The sweetness last longer than sugar so get to a lower level of sweetness than you are used to."
