NSI Strontium Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by a physician. Take at least the daily RDI of calcium (1,000 mg). Do not take this product at the same time as a calcium supplement.

"One of my physicians recommended this. I was on a medication for bone loss, that was not working well. I'll know more after my next scan. However, I feel this is good, as I haven't broken any bones yet!"

"I tried this with the bone booster although took both at different times of the day and both cause severe bloating and discomfort. Obviously there are some ingredients in NSI brands that bother me and this is one product I cannot take. I had tried the Garden of Life similar bone building system and it caused a similar problem. I went back to the Jarrow Bone Up which I am NOT allergic to!"

"I have only been using this product for a few weeks. I take it in the morning and take calc/mag in the evening. I haven't noticed any changes in my nails yet and figure this will be an indicator when they start to firm up. I feel great however. No aches or pains. Will give it a few months try because I have done research on this product and believe it will help."
