How Does NSI® Strontium work?Strontium is a mineral naturally present in food, water and in trace amounts in bones and teeth and should not be confused with the radioactive isotope strontium-90. It's chemically similar to calcium and is metabolized in the body in a nearly identical way.
Strontium may support bone formation and decrease bone resorption (or breakdown), thereby enhancing bone mineral density (BMD).
