Vitamin A (as Betatene®). Beta-Carotene (the precursor of vitamin A) is one of the most potent free-radical-scavenging antioxidants known. Included is 25,000 IU of vitamin A as Betatene®, a unique, patented blend of carotenes (including beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin and lutein) derived from sea algae.
