Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule twice a day with a meal or as directed by a physician.

"I originally bought this product to help reduce my husband's 200+ cholesterol numbers. He takes 1 in the morning and 1 at night; although I have no problems with high cholesterol, I do take 1 of these each day to make sure things stay that way. These pills are a bit larger than most NSI supplements, but go down very easily!"
