"This pizza crust is delicious. For my family of 3, I get 1 large and 1 small-medium crust out of 1/2 of the package making it cost effective. And all the seasonings are already in the mix. The consistency is like cake batter, but it spreads easily. Be sure to spray your pan well (I use Pam-it sticks with just oil) and spread to the edges. The crust will curl up, but once you place the sauce and all the toppings on it and bake a 2nd time it typically flattens out. YUM!"

"Was hard for me not to eat the whole pan when I made it. I made a few adjustments. I substitued bananas for the eggs and I put the batter in a square approx 9 x 9 pan so it would be thick like a cake. It took about an hour to bake - keep watching, testing, but it was out of this world fantastic."

"It has been hard to go from wheat based eater to no wheat, no dairy and no peanuts. This product makes it so much easier. I have three children that each love one of Namaste products, so I keep the shelves stock. Brownies is one son's, chocolate cake is another son's and spice cake is my daughter's. Amazing stuff! Also, the pizza crust is incredible. It is a Friday night staple."
