"Helpful for falling asleep, and staying asleep. Definitely notice it working.

My biggest problem is waking too early (2 - 3 am) then struggling to sleep again. This helps with that, but not completely. I still wake up at those times, but return to sleep more easily. Will not work when I am very anxious or stressed, however (what does, besides powerful synthetic drugs?).

Tablets taste good, too. You need 4 each night, so only 15 doses per pkg."
