NatraBio Insomnia Relief Non-Habit Forming Directions

Adults, take 30 drops under the tongue one hour before bedtime and 30 drops a bedtime.

Children 4-12 years of age, take one half the adult dosages.

It is helpful to limit the consumption of caffeine containing drinks, coffee, tea, chocolate and artificial sweeteners
