"I was quite please with this product. I have been waking up with terrible foot cramps quite a bit lately. Taking 2 of the tablets resolved my foot cramp w/in a minutes time, no lie. I actually came on to buy more."

NatraBio Leg Cramps with Quinine Sulfate Directions

Do not use if printed blister foil backing is torn or missing
Adults and children over the age of 12. chew one tablet and allow to dissolve in the mouth every 30 minutes until symptoms improve, then reduce to every 4 hours
Children 6-12 years of age, use one half the adult dosage
Not recommended for children under the age of 6

Ingredients: Chininum sulphuricum 4X (quinine sulfate), colocynthis 4X (bitter apple), gnaphalium polycephalum 4X (everlasting), calcarea carbonica 6X, 12X, 30X (calcium carbonate), lycopodium clavatum 6X (club moss), magnesia phosphorica 6X (magnesium phosphate), rhus toxixodendron 6X, 12X, 30X (poison ivy), cuprum metallicum 12X (copper) Inactive: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, dextrose, lactose, and magnesium stearate.

Warnings
