"Actually these were for my dog. She has been taking Life Time brand, work great, but I got these becase she take 500mg a day, and the lifetime caps were 1,000mg. I just wanted to be very accurate w/ her amount. They made her very itchy, pretty sure her stomach was not so hot with these, so not sue the difference, I'll stick to the other ones. So I was taking them, not much to report.
