"I read a review from CPSI that pointed me toward this product. At first glance it may seem that it doesn't have the high doses that other vitamins do but that is what is important. Most other vitamins give you too much...and sometimes too much can be bad for you. The only thing this is light on is calcium/magnesium, so I take an extra suppliment to get 1,500/500 respectively. I've been on this for more than a year now and I feel that it does a great job. Also, I'm vegetarian so the B support in it is great."
