"I started walking and working out at the same time I started with Tonalin. I haven't had any changes with my weight, but do fill like I've firmed up. It may be from the increase in activity. I was on Tonalin for two months, but decided not to continue. I will say that when I went out of town for a week, I was regular with my digestion, and I always get off schedule when out of town."

"I have been using this product for one month now and have yet to see results.
I bought two more refills (for two more months) and am planning to give it three months before deciding if it is worth it.
I have been eating clean and exercising, but still have an issue with a belly pot..
I read a lot about this product and research has shown that it does reduce the belly pot with the help of exercise and the right nutrition. This specific brand was the one used in the research and therefore was recommended.
Doesn't do magic, I can tell you that much! It is the hard work in the gym and the right nutrition that will do it eventually."
