Flu symptoms start very quickly and may include: Headache, Chills, Dry cough, Body aches, Fever, Stuffy nose, Sore throat. Once infected, symptoms usually start within 1 to 4 days. You may spread the flu to others before your symptoms start and for another 3 to 4 days after your symptoms appear. 10-20 percent of Americans comes down with the flu during each flu season, Children are more likely than adults to get sick with the flu, and children frequently spread the virus to others.
For relief of minor symptoms of cold and flu such as runny nose, sneezing, congestion, chills, body aches, headache, cough, fever, and scratchy/sore throat.

Natural Care Cold & Flu Away™ Directions
Adults and children over 6: At the onset of symptoms, take 2 tablets (put under tongue) every 4 hours, not to exceed 6 tablets per day, or as directed by your doctor. Not for use by children under 6.
Warnings
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a doctor before use. Do not take this product for more than 10 days (for adults) or 5 days (for children). A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition. If cough persists for more than 7 days, tends to recur, or is accompanied by rash, persistent headache, fever that last for more than 3 days, or if new symptoms occur, consult a doctor. If sore throat is severe, persists for than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.
