Biologically Active Form of B12 • Support For Nerve Function Energy Production & Red Blood Cells. The methylcobalamin form absorbed sublingually (under the tongue) is the most active form of vitamin B12 and is shown to have advantages over cyanocobalamin and all other forms of B12 including injections. "Purchased this twice now and it works well, has a nice high dosage for one tablet. Dissolves moderately fast under the tongue. Only issue I have with it is a medicine-like aftertaste that is unpleasant."

"After having endured giving myself B-12 injections for years for pernicious anemia, finding out about sub-lingual tablets that were the same as the Methylcobalamin injectable was a godsend!
