Natural Factors MaitakeGold 404® Directions

For daily immune support, take 1 capsule per day. For advanced immune support, take 1 mg for every 2.2 pounds of body weight or as directed by a health professional.     

 

Calculate: Body weight divided by 2.2, multiplied by 1 mg = dosage.

e.g., 140 lb would equal 4 capsules per day.

Best if taken on an empty stomach.
