"I had high hopes for this product, but I was let down. My hunger was not reduced, even though I took up to the maximum per day dosage and drank plenty of water with it. I gave it two stars because it helps with "issues" that can occur when one is dieting and reducing their food intake, but you can get the same results from taking fiber pills as well."
