To make a delicious and satisfying smoothie, add 2 scoops (57 g) of SlimStyles® powder to 12-16 fl. Oz. of water and shake in a shaker cup, or mix in a blender with ice or as directed by a health professional. Drink additional water (12-16 fl. Oz.) within the hour of dinking smoothie.
When first taking SlimStyles® begin with 1 scoop (28.5 g) in 6-8 fl. Oz. glass of water and gradually increase to 2 scoops (57 g) as directed above.
Serving Option: SlimStyles® makes a delicious pudding! Mix as above, then pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Add ½ banana or other fruit for variety. SlimStyles® may be mixed with skim milk or almond milk for higher calories and a creamier texture.
If you are under 18 years of age, pregnant or nursing, or have health concerns, consult your health professional before starting any weight loss plan. If taking medication, take one hour prior to, or two hours after taking PGX®.
