You can adjust the amount you use to suit your own individual needs. The package is sufficient for 1-3 baths depending on your personal requirements. Allow salts to dissolve. A small amount of mineral sediment is normal. If pregnant, use only as directed by your health care provider.

Ingredients: Ancient sea mineral salts, concentrated extracts of elder flowers, yarrow flowers, ginger root, rosemary leaf, essential oils of clary sage, eucalyptus, ginger, lavender, mandarin orange, rosemary and tea tree.
