This package is sufficient for one bath. Allow salts to dissolve. A small amount of mineral sediment is normal.
Ingredients: Ancient sea mineral salts, concentrated extracts of chamomile, hops, jasmine, linden flowers, valerian root, scullcap, st.john's wort, essential oils of cedarwood, cypress lavender, marjoram, peppermint, sandalwood, tangerine and ylang ylang.
