Really helps me focus!,

"This supplement has really helped me focus on my schoolwork. I feel alert, energetic, calm, and content when I take it. It is especially helpful as an afternoon pick-me-up. I would caution, though, that if you take it really late in the afternoon / evening it might keep you up for a while at night."
