"I trust this company and licorice is the best tasting herb I've ever tasted. It can also be used to moderate the bitter flavors of other herbs. Licorice is an energy tonic and adaptogen and is supposed to detoxify the liver and heal the intestinal tract as I recall. I want to say that it also benefits/moistens the lungs. I view it as a short-term occasional tonic to support the adrenals and help with detoxification."
