"great product! I mix it in with my Country life liquid multvitamin for an added boost. And then I add in my KAL crystal calcium. Very absorbable and I take it right after my meals. I don't add it at night because b complex gives you energy. I like the liquid because you can adust dosage buy reducing the amount you use . This way I get smaller amounts at each meal and probably absorb more."

"I've always had difficulty taking B complex tablets. On my best days they produce a strong after-presence and on my worst they make me extremely nauseated.

This liquid product works beautifully, with no nausea and no constant belching afterward. Gave a bottle to a pregnant friend with the same stomach issues and she's delighted to finally be able to take a B complex supplement.

To describe it as having a "tangerine flavor" is euphemistic, but neither of us find it unpleasant.

"The tangerine flavor is hard to discern, but I definitely love being able to swallow my vitamins. I usually have trouble with swallowing the pills and then later seem to have trouble digesting them too. The liquid goes down easy and doesn't give me trouble later! The taste is a bit strong, but I just plug my nose and have a water chaser nearby."
