Hops (Humulus Lupulus) is an extremely useful nervine herb which has been traditionally used to calm the CNS, induce sleep, nervous agitation, restlessness, anxiety, hysteria, alcoholic delirium tremens, nervous stomach and irritable bladder. We extract with the appropriate solvents, high alcohol if necessary, then concentrate by vacuum distillation.

As a dietary supplement, 1-2 ml (approximately 28-56 drops) 3 times a day.
