Very soothing herb,

"Passion flower extract is very helpful in soothing stressed out nerves and aiding in a restful nights sleep. I have tried the powdered capsules and they were not as helpful to me as the liguid passion flower. This product works so well that I like to keep an extra bottle on hand so that I don't run out. I definitely give this product 5 stars."

"Great product for a restful night's sleep. I prefer liquid passion flower to capsules; seems to work faster. I add a dropperful to water and take with some valerian root -- excellent night's sleep!

A regular dose is 2 ml (dropperfuls). I only take one but like the option of taking 2 if needed. Wonderful product I highly recommend."

"i use this product when i have a really busy schedule and i know that only a restful night of sleep will get me through. passionflower lets me completely relax, shuts of the little wheels that keep on spinning in my head and lets me get to sleep quickly. i have tried other brands which make me feel groggy the next morning. not this one. i feel energized and refreshed and ready for the new day."
