Carica Papaya (papaya) - Papaya, which is cultivated in most tropical countries, is rich in vitamins C and A and contains papain, a protein hydrolyzing enzyme. Because of this enzyme, papaya offers natural skin softeners when used in cosmetic formulations. Nature's Gate Papaya Moisturizing Lotion is a soothing and deep penetrating lotion. Papaya, a tropical fruit, contains important restorative enzymes and the natural softening agent, Papain. We've also included Allantoin for its healing properties and Vitamin E Linoleate which forms an Intercellular Moisture Barrier that prevents moisture loss and softens skin for 24 hours, even after prolonged sun exposure. Combined with Extracts of Wild Pansy and Coffee, as well as a rich blend of natural oils, this unique formulation provides light sun-screen protection and keeps skin supple.

"This is a really nice body lotion and the smell is wonderful. I don't like perfume smells and usually prefer unscented but this has a really nice fruity smell and not overwhelming. I use it daily after my shower."

"Really nice light scent. It's a little thinner in consistency than some of the daily lotions I prefer to use. Soaks into my hands very well and feels nice and smooth on my skin.
It wouldn't be my first choice for dry/chapped skin, but if you're not looking for medium/intensive moisture, it's a good basic daily lotion."
