"This is not the first time I have come across defective pump dispensers, but I am feeling so discouraged to purchase a brand new product and basically not be able to use it as designed because of poor dispenser quality. Unlike some dispensers, which break before one is able to get the spring to work, this one appeared just fine until I started to prime it. I must have pushed it 100 times to no effect. I then pulled it out and inspected it and could not find why it was not drawing the lotion. I guess the only way I can use the contents would be to pour it into a jar...not exactly convenient or appealing. I am feeling cautious now about purchasing Nature's Gate items with dispensers....a shame since I actually like their nonfragrant lotion...if I can get to it, that is."

"This moisturizer is very soft. It has a very slight hardly noticable scent which quickly dissipates. The only complaint is the first time using it, it squirted out liquid alone. I shook the bottle a few times and it has been fine since. I also use it on my face."
