Works good for menopausal symptoms!,

"Having no luck with Black Cohosh, I tried Chaste Berry powder capsules for my peri-menopausal symptoms. Now I have the hot flashes and night sweats under control. I can finally sleep at night. I don't have the monthly cramping and the bloating is minimal. My energy level is up and I finally get things done at home. Good stuff!"

"I've been using this product for over two months now in conjunction with Red Clover Blossom and Herbal Hormone Complex while trying to regulate my hormones naturally while we are trying to conceive. So far I've not noticed a real difference in cycle regularity and we've not yet conceived....But I've had no adverse reactions from taking it either."

"I've used this product for a few years, and was concerned when, all of a sudden, I had trouble finding it in the local health food stores. I live in Canada, and this product is SO hard to come by. I saw it advertised on Vitacost, and I had to get myself a HUGE shipment, ten bottles! This supply will last me for a good two years almost! Mood swings are minimized and physical symptoms like bloating are WAY less than they used to be. Thank you, Vitacost, for making available herbal remedies at affordable prices. Even with the shipping costs, the price per bottle only came to about $9.00 CAD, 40% less than what I would have paid in the stores here."

"I began taking this product (1/day) to help with PMS and other symptoms of perimenopause, allowing for 1 week off during my period. If I'm feeling especially irritable, I sometimes take 2/day. I also found that it helps with constipation which often precedes my period."
