"We both use the process of asking our bodies when to use this product and take it as indicated; which means it is not a take at every meal need, but when the body needs the boost. Our bodies are in the early 80's and doing very well and largely due to this and other fine products we purchase from Vitacost - the delivery is faster than we can go to the store and we live on west coast!"
