"An economical and easy way to take psyllium. I have found that 3 capsules is effective. That means that a bottle lasts about a month. It would be cheaper to take bulk psyllium but I find it to be a bit inconvenient and I tend to skip it. The price is affordable enough on this product that I don't feel guilty about being lazy!"
