What's So Special About Organic Hemp & Oats?

It is not common knowledge, but hemp seed delivers the highest levels of essential fatty acids of any plant in a ratio exactly suited to the bodies needs. It also contains all 9 of the essential amino acids (proteins) needed to maintain good health, and is easily digested and absorbed by the body, which makes it a perfect vegetarian alternative to meat protein.

Kettle Directions: To prepare, simply empty packet into bowl, add about 1/2 - 2/3 cup (125 - 150 ml) of boiling water or as desired and stir.
Microwave Directions: Do not cook or cover with plastic. Empty packet into a glass or ceramic bowl. Add about 1/2 - 2/3 cup (125 - 150 ml) of water and stir. Cook on HIGH for about 75 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Stir and serve immediately.
