A creamy hot oatmeal with the taste of maple nuts.

Whole Oat Goodness. A hot steaming bowl of oats not only warms a person to the core, it's also good for you! Oats provide the benefits of a soluble fiber. Researches have found that the soluble fiber in oats may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by affecting blood pressure, cholesterol levels and blood lipids. Some preliminary research indicates that moderate exercise and the consumption of oats may have a positive effect on the immune system.

Directions

Kettle Directions: To Prepare, simply empty packet into bowl, add about 1/2 -2/3 cup (124-150 ml) of boiling water or as desired and stir.
Microwave Directions: Empty packet into bowl. Add about 2/3 cup (150 ml) of water and stir. Cook on HIGH for about 75 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Stir and serve immediately.

"Everything in this product tastes fine except the nuts, which taste old and stale. I use this brands other products which are great and this company seems to make healthy products at a fairly competitive price. If it just had fresher tasting nuts, I would have given it a 5."
