"Great way to take a high dose supplement with calcium, magnesium and Vit D & K; swallowing large pills can be difficult. I also have the pills in this formula and find myself reaching for these first. The tablets are large, but about the same size as Vit C chewables. Similar consistency too, so a bit of chalkiness. I chose the vanilla over the chocolate to minimize a possible lingering aftertaste and less sweetness."

"I buy these tablets for my 12-year-old daughter who does not drink milk and cannot swallow pills. I like the fact that they contain magnesium and Vitamin D, which help with the calcium absorption. Previously, we tried to use a liquid formula that was messy and needed a lot of shaking. These tablets taste good and are so simple to use."

"these don't taste so great. they are sort of like raw vanilla cake box mix (which could be good) but not good. kind of like a gross protein bar. i can't eat them. but i did get a gummy vit D that i LOVE. it's just like candy. easy to take one a day. i got it on this website too, look for the gummy vit d."
