"This product is exceptional! The liquid form makes for easy absorption and my doctor thinks it's great prenatal. My only comment is about the grainy texture of the mix, but I down it as a shot and drink water afterwards, so it isn't a problem. No pill burps, nausea and no gagging on HORSE PILLS!"

"I chose these vitamins after doing extensive research on what nutrients are really needed during pregnancy, and how much of each we should be getting. No prenatal vitamin that I could find had everything I wanted to find in it, but this one had decent amounts of each, and I like that fact that it is liquid, because I know it will be effective, and not just pass right through me.

The taste is actually good- if you can get past the green color. It reminds me of odwalla's superfood juice. The color is terrible, but the taste is actually quite pleasant. I was glad to discover this because I had taken liquid vitamins previously that were disgusting!

In addition to one dose of these vitamins per day, I'm also supplementing them with calcium, iron (at different times of day-this is important), vitamin c, alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10, DHA, and some form of omega fatty acids (flax or. fish oil)."

"In the past, every time I took a multivitamin, I would become very nauseous and vomit, so when I became pregnant and realized I would have to take one everyday, I didn't know what to do. Then my mom found this product and it has been great. It tastes great and I can take it on an empty stomach, with no nausea. Definitely recommended!"

"This product is a great alternative to the usual horsepills that are prenatal vits. Easy to swallow and no upset stomach! It is a little slimy texturally but better when mixed with juice. Also, the flavor gets old pretty quickly. Wish there were multiple flavor options."

"I bought four bottles to last me a while during my pregnancy and was bummed to find out that the taste was so awful (in my opinion anyways) that I near vomit every time I take it. Horrible horrible taste. Hopefully it's doing it's magic nutrition wise."
