"This doesn't make me sick, which is hard to do because I get sick when I take vitamins when I am not pregnant, and it helps to increase my energy. I like it very much. I have had no problems or complaints."

"I've had more energy with this prenatal than the other brands that I've tried. I really prefer a once daily multivitamin, but I just split my dose to one in the morning and one in the evening. This prenatal also has the safer vegetarian form of Vitamin A (carotenoids) instead of the animal form (retinoids), which can cause harm to your growing baby if your intake is more than 5,000 I.U.'s per day. It is also soy-free and less expensive than the other brands."
