Spirutein Double Nut Fudge,

"I got turned on to the Spiru-tein protein powders about two years ago. I work out in the mornings, then fix a 16 oz glass of this as my breakfast on the way to work. They're filling, tasty, and a lot better nutrition and less sugar than instant breakfast.

Double Nut Fudge is one of the better ones. Good taste, not too chalky, like some."

Tastes Like Pudding,

"This is perfect for a real chocolate lover. If you are replacing meals or just want some extra protein in your diet, this is the best way to do it. It's a perfect mix with either milk or chocolate SILK. I've tried other chocolate protein shakes, and this one is the best. This shake is like pudding in a cup. I love it!"

Double Fudge Crunch,

"I did not like the Double Fudge Crunch the first time I tried it. I mixed it and drank it immediately and I thought it had a strong vitamin taste. I found that it tasted better to me if I mixed it ahead and covered it and left it in the refrigerator. It does kill the crunch doing it this way and you are left with what seem to be tiny pieces of sponge in the drink. After finishing a can of this flavor I no longer even think about it and I enjoy it now.
I always mix the protein powder with powdered milk and them add water, this eliminates some of the clumps. The double Fudge Crunch is a little sweeter than a sample pack of the chocolate Spiru-tein I tried. I have ordered another can of this flavor and will most likely continue to use it along with my other 3 most favorite flavors."

"The flavor can't be beat. This is absolutely awesome; if you mix it up & stick it in the fridge for a couple of hours, it tastes like a fudgy milkshake. The only bad thing I can say is that it should be available in the large-size can. Yummy! And with all of the Spirutein natural goodness."
