"I'm one of those people who could eat all day - I expend a lot of energy in my work AND play, and get hungry FAST. Nature's Plus shakes have been a part of my "routine" for years because they are a quick and tasty way to add HIGH QUALITY NUTRITION off the normal meal clock, without weighing me down. The shake mixes quite well in a hand-held shaker, does better even if you've got a blender handy - but be certain the h2o/juice is COLD! Milk is not feasable for me on-the-go, but at home makes for an extra creamy smoothie with fruit added! I enjoy the berry flavor better, but the vanilla is fine, especially at this price!! Most importantly, I trust NP, for all their own testing and the third-party verification they provide, plus they've been around a while! Their non-sport varieties, and whey protein shakes, are great, too - mix and match!!"

"This is the best pre-workout formula I have used. I drink a smoothie made with this powder and I find I can ride my bike longer and faster. I am training for the MS150 and will definitely be using Spirutein Sport during the event."
