I never have to use more than 2 of each tablet to achieve the desired results...with no stomach or intestinal irritation.

"I have been using this product coupled with the Fiber from
Nature's Secret for many years.
It was recommended to me by 2 women that use it on a regular basis (almost nightly) to keep their system clean. I take 1/2 of each product every night or 2. The result is staying regular and keeping the colon clean which is extremely important for a healthy lifestyle.
The pricing is fantastic from vitacost and I use many other products and order exclusively from them!"

Nature's Secret Multi-Herb Digestion and Detox Support™ Directions

(Adult) Start with 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening. Increase intake by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 formed bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 3 tablets twice per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets you can continue with that amount for enhanced internal cleansing for up to 30 days. Do not exceed 30 days of continual use of this product.

If taken along with Nature's Secret Multi-Fiber Cleanse tablets as part of the Nature's Secrert Ultimate Cleanse® program: Start with 1 tablet of each product in the morning and 1 tablet of each product in the evening, increasing intake by 1 tablet of each product every other day until you achieve 2 to 3 formed bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 6 tablets twice per day. Take only as much product as is needed to achieve 2-3 good bowel movements per day. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.
