Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet in the evening. Start out with 1 tablet in the evening on an empty stomach, increase by one tablet each evening until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day, maintain that dosage until loose stool develops, whey you experience loos stool, simply decrease the dosage by 1 tablet, maintain the lower dosage until loose stool develops, decrease each time loose stool develops until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day on your own. Do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day.
