Directions
(Adult) As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) tablespoon in at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice or water twice a day. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See notice. Refrigerate after opening to extend freshness and potency. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
