Nature's Secret Ultimate Fiber Cleanse Citrus Directions
(Adult) As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) tablespoon in at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice or water twice a day. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See notice. Refrigerate after opening to extend freshness and potency. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
