Nature's Secret Ultimate Fiber Cleanse Citrus Directions
(Adult) As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) tablespoon in at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice or water twice a day. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See notice. Refrigerate after opening to extend freshness and potency. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

Although this product does not swell like most other fibers, taking any fiber product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
