"I couldn't even drink the glass so I have no idea of its effectiveness. It tastes like a combination of seaweed and alfalfa.

"I see they also have their wonderful Orchard Fruits and Garden Veggies in this great tasting fizzy drink.

The price is right-- I paid almost twice that much at my local store.

The packet size is right -- and is great for those of us who want to supplement "on the run".

I mix this with my (cold) tea. I like it better than the shake because it is so "light" on my stomach."

"The Alive effervescent packets are an ideal choice for someone like me that is looking for a vitamin in drink form rather than taking large capsules. Taking a couple of large multi-vitamin caps would tend to slow my digestive track and just didn't sit well with me. I now experience no problems and really feel this method is much superior, it also causes me drink an extra 10-12 ounces of water which I need. But, should you try this method be sure to give it a few days to allow your system to adjust. Making a decision based on the initial use is not a fair trial. The cost is at least double or triple what just capsules would be, but I feel it's more than worth it. Some of the reviews focus on the citrus taste but it's just a mild flavor that I don't even think about. Finally, I enjoy the added health confidence from taking a quality vitamin but have never found any vitamin to offer noticable changes in my immediate physical state."

"Well they tried to make it taste good by giving it a lemon-lime flavor. To make it short. I dumped the whole back in my mouth and chugged some water to get it down quick. Then I breath out of my mouth so I do not have to taste it while it lingers in my mouth. However, I have noticed a difference in my body. I feel better, my hair and skin look better, and I definitely noticed that my body is getting the nutrients it needs because if I eat the processed stuff, I become lethargic latter in the day. I guess that is kind of reversing the effects in a way. A good multivitamin because it is natural, from earth, and you body is used to processing that, not the man made stuff."

Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant should not exceed recommended dose.
