"Easily digestible. Effects are dramatically better than tablet version of this or any other multi I've taken. The citrus-over-mineral flavor and thick texture take getting used to--gave me the shivers the first few times--but I adjusted within a week or so and now actually find it kind of pleasant."

"I chose this product because of the nutrient content and because it was liquid. I think a liquid is better utilized by your body. Despite some the reviews that I had read about the taste, there is nothing about the taste that has ever bothered my. The lid can get a little drippy and messy, though."
