"I've been using this for 3 weeks. I clearly feel more energetic and vital. The pills are quite large, though. Can be hard to swallow unless I "aim" it right."

"I really like using this vitamin. I like that fact that it is Whole Food but the thing I really like is the price. The big bottle give me two months and at the price you can't beat it. One thing that kind of freeked me out when I first started to use is was that it turns my urine a bright yellow for about half a day. Try it. You will love it also."

"I am very happy with this item but taking two a day to begin with I found upset my stomach. I reduced to one a dayfor a week or so and then went to the second one a day with a little snack or alot of liquid."
