"Most vitamins upset my stomach, but this one does not. It is a giant horse pill, but I just cut them in half with a pill splitter and they go down easily. I really like the forms of each vitamin they've used, as well as the amounts. Just one of these twice a day, with extra calcium and D3, and I feel great."

"This is an excellent whole food vitamin. We have been taking these for a few years and have no complaints. Other vitamin brands have made me sick to my stomach, but this one does not . The price is excellent also."
