"I actually chew these cuz I like the sweet beet flavor. I have no idea if it's doing me any good, but don't get my beets eaten as often as I should so this makes a nice substitute."

"I was having gall bladder issues, and did some researching to find an herbal that would help. I read that beet root is good for the liver, which is connected to the gallbladder and they work in unison. I used this with flaxseed oil, and lemon juice and have had no pain at all since. It has become a regular part of my supplements."

"Used this product 24 yrs ago (on advice of my holistic dr!) during a pregnancy. Gave me energy (naturally) and kept my iron levels up. Regular iron pills were not absorbed by my body. Now my husband, daughter and two older neighbors take it and they all can see a difference :)"

"This beet root is of excellent quality. I use it everyday, 3 times a day. Sometimes, 4 times a day. However, I empty the powder from the capsules into raw nut malts, juice, or on sandwiches, etc..... This stuff energizes you and builds your blood. The iron quality in beets is of absolute excellent quality. The natural sugar content of this beet root, as well as raw beets in general, really energize you. Just love it."
